- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately
- Prepare and display bakery products, ensuring freshness and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the retail and food preparation areas
- Stock shelves and display counters with bakery items and F&B products
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Follow food safety protocols and handle products according to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
