Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are properly stocked and displays are attractive
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to store management
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Adhere to store policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store operations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
