Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves to ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands.
- Assist in stock-taking, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
