Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including merchandising, stocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
- Address customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Actively participate in achieving sales targets and promoting special offers or promotions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a retail, customer service, or sales environment is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail operational needs.
