Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product guidance and purchase assistance
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and display maintenance
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Process customer returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor store security and loss prevention procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and movement
