Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with book recommendations and inquiries.
  • Execute accurate and efficient cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including merchandising, shelf stocking, and inventory organization.
  • Assist in the setup of promotional displays and seasonal bookstore campaigns.
  • For supervisory candidates: Oversee daily operations, manage staff shifts, and ensure high operational standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront for all visitors.
  • Handle inventory replenishment and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or bookstore operations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Minimum education qualification of GCE 'N' Levels, 'O' Levels, or equivalent.
