Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are available for purchase.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including counting drawers and balancing the register at the end of shifts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and price calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
