Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are available for purchase.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, including counting drawers and balancing the register at the end of shifts.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and price calculations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
