Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and visual merchandising to maintain an organized store layout.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy, especially regarding POS systems.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
