As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for managing store operations and driving sales through exceptional service. Beyond customer service, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's visual standards, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the brand.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering inquiries regarding features, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Replenish stock and ensure inventory accuracy within the store.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent; Diploma holders in relevant fields are an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for service.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
