As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. We offer a stable 5-day work week (44 hours), providing you with a consistent schedule while allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Open to candidates with or without prior retail experience; training is provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Must be comfortable working a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks related to stock handling.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and payment processing.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
