- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by effectively promoting Embun Natural's range of sustainable and natural products
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising
- Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product replenishment and stock rotation
- Participate in store events and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality with flexible availability including weekends
