- Provide personalized eyewear consultations to match customers' style and vision needs
- Execute sales transactions while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards of eyewear displays
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with optometrists to support comprehensive eye care services
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and fashion trends
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through upselling techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1+ years in retail/customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
- Experience with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Keen interest in fashion and eyewear industry trends
