- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized eyewear consultations and product demonstrations
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and display maintenance
- Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Execute store operations including opening/closing routines and security protocols
- Train on product knowledge to effectively communicate brand heritage and technical features
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Implement visual standards to maintain premium brand aesthetics in-store
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
