- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing expert advice on eyewear styles, lens types, and fashion trends.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing shelves, updating displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock and organize inventory to ensure products are readily available and well-merchandised.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Support store management with daily operations, administrative tasks, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
