Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear frames that match their style and vision requirements
- Provide information on lens options, frame materials, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, organizing displays, and maintaining product cleanliness
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
- Participate in visual merchandising to showcase products attractively
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience
Kualifikasi
