Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately
- Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing products according to company standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all areas are well-presented and organized
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies to store management
- Assist with promotional activities and merchandising to maximize sales
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for all products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
