- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and efficient checkout processes
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and payments
- Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving deliveries, and ensure proper product rotation
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies for store operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 15kg
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
