As a Retail Assistant at our Jln Song Ban Kheng outlet, you will be the face of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and card transactions.
- Prepare fresh food items and manage the Oden and hot food stations according to hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment and rotation.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Support the store manager in daily opening and closing store procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.
- Committed to providing high-quality service and maintaining professional grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an added advantage.
