Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service through product recommendations and transaction processing
- Manage daily store operations including inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards for product displays and promotional materials
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/transaction-related tasks accurately
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
