Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their inquiries promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process payments.
- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring product displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including the sales floor, restrooms, and service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
