- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ordering supplies
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Operate store equipment (e.g., refrigerators, ovens) and handle food safely
- Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 10kg)
