Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and product selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and display products attractively to ensure optimal product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Assist with packaging and delivery duties as required.
- Handle promotional materials and price changes within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail.
