Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections and inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and store organization at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to learn new procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
