Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure store appearance meets company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to store management
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper sanitation of all areas
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and punctuality with work schedule
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
