Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their inquiries.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Ensure the store layout is clean, organized, and products are well-stocked and displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to FamilyMart quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the store premises.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior retail/F&B experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and honesty.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
