Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all areas are properly presented
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies to store management
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and displays
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
