Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the checkout counter
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, shelves, and display areas
- Stock shelves with fresh merchandise and ensure proper product rotation
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries from suppliers
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Support promotional activities and visual merchandising initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills in Malay and basic English
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
