Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the checkout counter
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, shelves, and display areas
  • Stock shelves with fresh merchandise and ensure proper product rotation
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries from suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
  • Support promotional activities and visual merchandising initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and basic English
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
