Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and orders.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for cash and credit transactions.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure products are appealing and well-organized.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including the sales floor, restrooms, and checkout areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Friendly demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
