Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately for all transactions.
- Stock shelves and display products attractively to maximize sales and product visibility.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Handle cash registers, manage cash flow, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for stock replenishment.
- Assist in store promotional activities and maintain promotional displays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, especially with POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
