Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, rotating products, and conducting stock counts
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including cleaning floors and restrooms
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and store operating procedures
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle cash and daily reconciliation of register transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
