Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations, payment processing, and issue resolution
- Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Monitor store security and implement loss prevention measures
- Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal product displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numerical abilities for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting merchandise
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
