As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily to provide product recommendations and answer inquiries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives to highlight promotions and new arrivals effectively.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure in a busy retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
