Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to highlight promotions and new arrivals effectively.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure in a busy retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
