Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and stockroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts to promote products and drive sales.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
