Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, assist, and provide professional customer service to all shoppers, addressing product inquiries and recommendations.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) cash registers, ensuring accurate payment processing and handling cash, cards, or digital wallets.
- Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, and maintain neat, appealing merchandise displays according to brand standards.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness, organization, and safety of the sales floor and storeroom.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events or product launches.
- Handle customer feedback, returns, and exchanges professionally and in accordance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
