Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Provide detailed information about products and assist customers in finding the right items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the store management team.
  • Assist in the implementation of promotional displays and seasonal sales setups.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential returns with patience and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Energetic, reliable, and possessing a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Basic computer literacy for operating the cash register and inventory systems.
