Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide detailed information about products and assist customers in finding the right items.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the store management team.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional displays and seasonal sales setups.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential returns with patience and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Energetic, reliable, and possessing a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the cash register and inventory systems.
