Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-merchandised at all times.
- Restock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reordering needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is a plus.
