Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving new shipments and performing regular stock counts.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information effectively.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures to ensure the premises are secure and ready for business.
  • Stay updated on current promotions and store policies to relay accurate information to shoppers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks like stocking shelves.
  • Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time work schedule.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
