Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and audits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an added advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new store processes quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of work ethic.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Jerantut, Pahang.
