- Manage inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all operational hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic software applications
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
