Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new tasks.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
