Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a cashier role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (additional dialects are an advantage).
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as restocking shelves.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS systems.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the business schedule.
