Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments efficiently using POS systems and issue accurate receipts
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Assist with product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions securely
- Support promotional campaigns and special store events
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
