Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and complaint resolution
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for all customer transactions
- Manage merchandise presentation, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in stock replenishment activities
- Support visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
