Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organizing the sales floor.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks and team coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Punctual, hardworking, and willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.
