Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Execute store operations including POS transactions, inventory management, and stock replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Support promotional campaigns and sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
- Adhere to company policies on security, hygiene, and loss prevention
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to established procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Basic cash handling and reconciliation experience
