Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Restock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards at all times
- Support receiving and organizing new stock shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and promote promotional campaigns
- Provide feedback to store management on customer preferences and product availability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not required
- Possess a positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
- Good physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods
