Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth functioning
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Train and develop retail staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and stock reconciliation
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and scheduling of retail staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or assistant management role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
