Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and store layout optimization to boost sales and attract customers.
  • Handle cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and daily financial reporting.
  • Enforce store policies and procedures, including safety and security regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or as a Supervisor.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the grocery or supermarket sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) status is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
