Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store layout optimization to boost sales and attract customers.
- Handle cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and daily financial reporting.
- Enforce store policies and procedures, including safety and security regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or as a Supervisor.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the grocery or supermarket sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) status is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
