Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash handling responsibilities efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory checks, including stocktaking and reporting shortages or damages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized at all times to uphold a professional image.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification; a Diploma in Business or Retail Management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
