Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Breo products.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain the unique features and benefits of our wellness devices.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and process sales orders efficiently.
- Maintain excellent product display standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise, conducting stock checks, and managing inventory levels.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends to help optimize product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent (Fresh graduates and students welcome to apply).
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and technology.
- Bilingual in English and a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) to effectively serve our diverse customer base.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting and moving stock).
